Welcome Statement

Welcome to the Pathways to Stability Transitional Housing Program. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured environment that supports personal growth, employment readiness, and long-term independence. Participation in this program requires commitment, accountability, and respect for others. Residents are expected to actively participate in training, follow house rules, and work toward personal stability. Estimated Opening: The estimated time of opening the transitional housing will be the fall of 2027.

Program Management & Oversight

During the initial pilot phase, the Executive Director will provide direct onsite supervision to ensure program structure, resident accountability, and operational stability. As the program grows, a dedicated house manager will be hired to maintain consistent daily oversight and support.

Program Purpose

The Pathways to Stability Program provides:

Transitional housing
Workforce readiness training
Digital literacy instruction
Employment support
Financial literacy education

Length of Stay: 6–12 months, based on progress and compliance.

Eligibility Requirements

Residents must:

Be 18 years or older
Be willing to seek employment
Participate in training programs
Follow house rules
Maintain respectful behavior
Submit required intake information

Residents may be referred from:

Shelters
Community agencies
Reentry programs
Self-referral (if appropriate)

Intake & Screening Process

This is a drug-free and alcohol-free residence. The following are prohibited:

Illegal drugs
Alcohol use
Drug paraphernalia
Being under the influence

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.

Visitors Policy

Visitors may be allowed only:

During approved hours
With staff approval
In designated areas

Overnight visitors are not permitted.

House Rules

Curfew Policy

Exceptions may be approved for employment schedules

Financial Participation

Once employed, residents may be required to contribute program fees ranging from $100 to $400 per month to support sustainability and responsibility.

What is this program?

How many people will live in the home?

Between 5 and 10 residents, plus an onsite Program Director.

Is there supervision?

Yes. The Executive Director will reside onsite during the pilot phase to ensure structure, supervision, and accountability.

Who is allowed into the program?

All residents go through an application process, background screening, intake interview, and agreement to house rules. Not everyone qualifies for admission.

Will this increase crime?

Our program focuses on structure, accountability, and employment readiness. Residents must follow strict rules and supervision policies. We work to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Are visitors allowed?

Visitors are limited, supervised, and approved in advance. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

What about parking and noise?

Residents are expected to respect community quiet hours and parking guidelines. Noise disturbances are not tolerated.
