A message from our Founder and Executive Director, Michael Pearson.
Michael Pearson
Michael Pearson is the Founder and Executive Director of Help for All People, an Illinois-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Cook and Will County.
With a strong commitment to community restoration and structured reintegration support, help for all people established Pathways to Stability to address the critical need for transitional housing combined with workforce readiness training. The organization’s model focuses on small-cohort housing (5–10 residents) with individualized employment preparation, digital literacy instruction, and accountability planning. The estimated time of opening the transitional housing will be the fall of 2027.
Under Michael Pearson’s leadership, the organization is building partnerships with local stakeholders to create sustainable pathways toward housing stability and economic independence. During the initial pilot phase, he will provide direct onsite supervision to ensure program structure, resident accountability, and operational stability. As the program grows, a dedicated house manager will be hired to maintain consistent daily oversight and support.
“With a background in telecommunications and as the founder of Pearson's Enterprises LLC, I’ve launched this nonprofit to continue my passion for helping others find meaningful employment.”
Michael Pearson (Help for all People) believes that stability, structure, and opportunity are foundational to long-term success and community reintegration.
