Help for All People is an Illinois-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals rebuild stable, productive lives after experiencing homelessness or institutional placement. We are governed by an active Board of Directors and operate within Cook and Will County.
The Need
Many individuals returning from shelters, incarceration, or other institutional settings face significant barriers to independence, including:
Pathways to Stability
Pathways to Stability is a small-scale transitional housing program serving 5–10 residents at a time in a structured residential setting.
Estimated Opening: The estimated time of opening the transitional housing will be the fall of 2027.
Residents will receive:
Safe, stable transitional housing
Daily computer and digital literacy training
Resume development and job application support
Interview preparation
Financial literacy instruction
Case management and accountability planning
Employment placement assistance
Our small cohort model allows individualized support and measurable progress.
